Job Description:

The Consolidations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial consolidation and reporting for the organization. This role will require strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather financial data for consolidation
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Provide analysis and insights on financial performance to senior management
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline consolidation processes
  • Stay current on accounting standards and regulations

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
  • Experience with consolidation software (e.g. Hyperion, SAP BPC)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project management skills
