Construction Manager
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead day-to-day construction activities on a large-scale industrial project. You will coordinate contractors, EPCM teams and multiple work fronts, ensuring work is delivered safely, to a high standard and in line with project schedules.
The role will focus on site execution, short-term planning, work readiness, contractor coordination and resolving field issues to keep construction progressing efficiently.
Key Requirements:
Experience delivering construction on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, coordination and site execution
Experience managing contractors and working alongside EPCM teams
Ability to manage 3–6 week lookahead plans and work readiness
Strong knowledge of HSE, quality and permit requirements
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong site presence
