Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Rugby. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will also be involved in process improvement initiatives and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing manufacturing processes
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
  • Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
