Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II to join our team in Charlotte, United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy projects and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager II will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy industry
  • Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project development processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus
