Site QA Manager (Construction) – 6-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Site QA Manager to join a major construction project in Cyberjaya. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring quality standards are maintained across multiple active construction sites while working alongside an experienced project delivery team.

As the Site QA Manager, you will lead site quality assurance activities, mentor site quality personnel, and drive a proactive quality culture to ensure issues are identified, reported, and resolved throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee quality assurance activities across multiple construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Mentor and support site quality inspectors and supervisors, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify, document, track, and report quality issues through to resolution.
• Work closely with construction, engineering, subcontractors, and client representatives to achieve quality objectives.
• Prepare quality reports and provide regular updates to project leadership.
• Promote a strong quality culture across all site teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site QA or Quality Management role within construction projects.
• Strong experience managing site quality processes from inspection through to reporting and close-out.
• Civil construction background is essential.
• Experience on Data Centre, High Voltage/Substation, or Energy projects is highly regarded.
• Candidates whose experience is limited to factory or manufacturing environments will not be considered.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple active construction sites.
