Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as implementing best practices to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards
Provide training and support to employees on HSE matters
Investigate incidents and near misses to prevent future occurrences
Collaborate with management to continuously improve HSE performance
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as an HSE Advisor in a similar role
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant HSE qualifications and certifications
