Job Title: Process Management Manager, LATAM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine on-site construction workflows in line with project designs and regulatory requirements, making real-time adjustments based on actual site conditions and project progress.
  • Conduct RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) analyses for wind turbines to evaluate system reliability and safety, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Create and standardize Method Statement templates; review and provide feedback on project-specific Method Statements to ensure clarity and alignment across construction and installation phases.
  • Facilitate coordination between project management, engineering, and construction teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution, including resolving on-site technical challenges.
  • Offer hands-on technical support to construction teams, lead technical training sessions, and help elevate the technical capabilities of on-site personnel.
  • Prepare and submit technical documentation and progress reports; maintain up-to-date and accurate records for all project-related technical materials.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in mechanics, electrical, power electronics, automation, energy or other related fields.
  • More than 5 years of installation, operation, and maintenance experience in electrical, power electronics, and new energy industries. Experience in energy storage technology, RAMS, and Method Statement writing preferred.
  • Proactive, strong communication skills, good at coordinating resources, willing to go deep into the front line to solve specific problems. Experience in product process development and problem closed loop experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to withstand pressure and hard work.
  • Experience in on-site delivery and operation of wind power generation and energy storage, including but not limited to equipment installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
  • Familiar with the product characteristics of wind power generation and energy storage, and have relevant development or product experience, especially electrical related.
  • Experience in managing a team of more than 5 people.
