Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Distribution Protection Specialist Lead to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for leading a team of distribution protection specialists and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of distribution protection specialists in the design, implementation, and maintenance of protection schemes for distribution systems
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on protection system design and operation
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the reliability and performance of distribution protection systems
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines and deliverables
• Conduct training and mentorship for junior team members

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution protection systems design and operation
• Experience leading a team of technical professionals
• Strong knowledge of protection system standards and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of project management and delivery
