Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team in Asia, specifically focusing on electrical equipment and services within the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of B2B sales experience in the electrical equipment industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and market trends
  • Fluency in English and at least one Asian language
