Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced QAQC Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within the organization. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team to ensure that all products and processes meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Manage a team of QAQC inspectors and technicians
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality control processes

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QAQC management role
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant qualifications in quality assurance or a related field
