Data Integrity Engineer :
You will part of the Customer Technical Service(CTS) team.
Your responsibilities:
Act as point of expertise in respect to:
• Network configuration to remotely connect control systems and equipment via Siemens Energy systems.
• Configuration and installation support for Energy data collector solutions.
• Support and maintenance for existing connections and VPN solutions for the existing customers and Fleets.
• Investigation and resolution of issues relating to connectivity and customer data issues for the captured equipment data.
• Technical support for the sales of data collection and remote connection products.
• Customer support for the design and requirements of site installations.
• Support the daily monitoring investigations of Diagnostic Engineers.
• Support for the continued development and improvement of Siemens Energy data collection solutions.
Your profile:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in (IT) Information technology.
• Experience in Networking Services (network and communications)
• Self-driven, Service-oriented, and structured approach to work.
• Good knowledge of English both written and verbal.
As a Data Integrity Engineer we have the responsibility for Site (cRSP) connectivity, setup and support of data collectors and transfer for operational data to the Siemens Energy Cloud solutions (STA-RMS). Additionally, we have responsibility for the operational testing of new solutions related to the data collection and the data integrity for the connected fleet.
This position requires direct contact with end customers to facilitate the design installation and support. Our customers both internal and external are located across the globe.
