Senior Business Development Manager – Data Center & Colocation Services

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven, commercially astute Senior Business Development Manager with deep experience in the data center ecosystem and strong relationships across colocation providers (colos). You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with enterprise customers, hyperscalers, and strategic partners.
This role requires someone with a deep understanding of the data center market, a strong rolodex of key decision-makers at colo providers, and a proven track record of selling infrastructure or connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business development initiatives targeting enterprise customers, hyperscalers, and cloud service providers.
Leverage existing relationships across major colo players (Equinix, Digital Realty, CoreSite, QTS, etc.) to identify partnership and go-to-market opportunities.
Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities from initial contact through contract signature.
Collaborate with internal product, solutions, and commercial teams to craft compelling customer proposals.
Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals aligned with company growth objectives.
Track market trends and competitive dynamics within the data center and colocation space.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
Required Skills & Experience:
7–10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the data center, telecom, or cloud infrastructure industry.
Deep industry knowledge of the colocation ecosystem, with established relationships across key players and decision-makers.
